The tour starts at 8:30 AM from Sapa town. We begin trekking along a scenic trail down to Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages. Along the way, travelers can see buffaloes, horses, indigo plants, and admire the magnificent rice terraces of the Hoang Lien Son range. We’ll stop at several short viewpoints with stunning scenery for photos, rest, and fresh mountain air.
At Lao Chai (Muong Hoa Valley), you’ll see a clear stream, beautiful terraces, and learn how the Black H’mong people dye indigo and weave fabrics. After the visit, enjoy a local lunch at a family house with traditional dishes. Guests will have about 30 minutes to relax before a car takes you back to Sapa. Total trekking distance: around 9 km.
